Laura Cooper - Robinson Park

Laura Cooper is the business manager for Robinson Park. She is the onsite Property Manager for Union Plaza. Her primary responsibility is a portfolio of 250,000 square feet of Office in the Oklahoma City area. She began her career in Duncan, Oklahoma with Halliburton Energy Service. She then relocated to Oklahoma City in 2010. She worked for GBR Properties for 8 years before being Promoted to a Business Manager for Robinson Park. She has a daughter, Dena who also lives in Oklahoma City. She enjoys traveling aboard, being a Dog mom and a Lolli to 3 beautiful grandchildren.

John Powell Walker, Jr. - Wiggin Properties

John Powell Walker joined Wiggin Properties at the beginning of 2013 as an Analyst and Assistant Property Manager. He supports the company’s asset and investment team by providing valuable analysis for our clients. His expertise includes investment analysis, asset management, construction, property management, and real estate investment in the Oklahoma City area. He has completed numerous pro-formas with spreadsheet and statistical software packages to provide insight on financial data, identify trends, develop forecasts, and measure financial risks associated with making a particular investment decision. Prior to joining Wiggin Properties, John Powell was a Project Estimator and Assistant Construction Manager with Maccini Construction Company where he was successfully awarded competitive bidding contracts and performed cost savings analysis for clients. John Powell is an Oklahoma City native. He graduated from Casady School and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University, where he was nominated to the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society. He is single, enjoys tennis, traveling, and reading.

Mandy White-Hinkle - Price Edwards

Mandy White-Hinkle is an active member of BOMA Oklahoma City and is currently a Property Manager at Price Edwards & Company. Mandy joined Price Edwards in August 2018. She is currently a member of the BOMA OKC Board of Directors in charge of Public Relations.

Ms. White-Hinkle worked for 5 years as the manager of real estate compliance at Mercy Hospital.

Jason Barry - KONE

Meet Jason Barry! A Senior Service Consultant with KONE Elevator. In 2017 & 2018, he received a Regional Sales Award for outstanding service and sales. He has a passion for customer service and takes pride in helping others find solutions for each unique service situation. One of his favorite things about his job is working with all of the building owners and managers that make up the great city of Oklahoma City. Jason has been a BOMA member since 2016, served on the golf committee each year and is currently on the Board of Directors, responsible for communications.

Jason and Melissa have been married for 3 years. Being married to a small business owner, Jason understands the value any business and the growing pains that come with all day to day operations. Together they have 3 beautiful daughters, 2 of which keep Jason VERY busy pulling “Cheer Dad” duty. After business hours, he can also be found rooting for the OKC Thunder, OSU Cowboys, or his wife’s Green Bay Packers.

Kelli Ann Bilicki - Trane

My name is Kelli Ann Bilicki and I am a current member running for the BOMA Board of Directors. A little about me, I am married to my wonderful husband and we share one amazing 14 year old son together. My family and I moved here to Oklahoma, Edmond, back in April of this year from California and we could not be happier to be here in Oklahoma! Oklahoma is our forever home as we love the values, the people and the bright future of Oklahoma.

My professional and Association experience, I have been in the Mechanical Industry (Commercial HVAC, Building Automation) for the last 13 years. I have had many roles since then including Office Manager and HR Director and have been on the Commercial Account Manager side of the business for the last 7 years. I love what I do because I enjoy working with people, helping them with creative solutions for their commercial properties and being a trusted partner in business. Within the last 13 years, I have been involved in BOMA including BOMA San Diego, BOMA East Bay and BOMA San Jose where I served as the Committee Chair for the Membership Committee from 2014-2015. I have also served as the President for AFE Golden Gate Chapter (Association of Facility Engineers) from 2016-2019 and currently am an active member of BOMA OKC and the IFMA OKC chapter. My involvement in BOMA throughout the years has been a positive experience and my goal here at BOMA OKC would be to bring leadership and shared experiences from my past BOMA participation to help grow, support and develop BOMA OKC in the future.

Autumn Everett - SERVPRO of Edmond

Autumn Everett is a Commercial Business Development Specialist at SERVPRO of Edmond. She is responsible for building relationships with clients, community involvement and company wide events. She has volunteered on the BOMA golf committee the past two years and is currently the golf chair for the BOMA SW Regional Conference. Autumn is currently serving on the board for IFMA Tulsa, OSPMA, Edmond Chamber Ambassador’s and is a past President of Executive Women International OKC. Originally from Catoosa, OK she attended the University of Oklahoma and now calls Yukon home. She is a member of Junior League OKC and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. On the weekends you can find her serving at Life Church Edmond, watching OU football, traveling, volunteering or spoiling her niece and nephew.

Christina Castro - JK Janitorial

Christina joined JK Janitorial in 2015 as a City-District Manager overseeing various accounts in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Christina began her career with the Oklahoma Blood Institute as a mobile phlebotomist and then worked for Integris Baptist Hospital as a Surgery Instrument Technician and Nurse Extender. She later worked as a consultant for various health and wellness companies where she recruited and trained hundreds of employees. Obtained a Registered Phlebotomist & medical assistant certifications.

Actively attends Life Church midwest city and volunteers on the operations team.

Loves all her fur kids, 5 dogs, 1 cat, which keeps her very busy.

Kari Chance - Empire Roofing

Kari Chance has been an active BOMA OKC member since 2016, serving on the board of directors as the Communications Director in 2017-2018. She has maintained her BOMA presence by volunteering and actively participating on the the Membership, Golf and South West Conference Committees. Kari is an accomplished leader who meets challenges head on and creates positive change. She demonstrates personal commitment to the highest standards of integrity and leads by example. Kari believes she has a calling to serve and has maintained her presence in the community because of that. She carries a degree in International Studies and is working on her degree in Strategic Communications all while balancing her life as a mom and professional. When not at work, Kari enjoys spending her weekends in her garden, on the golf course or out coaching her sons sports teams.
