BOMA Oklahoma City
Incorporated in 1928, the Oklahoma City Association of Building Owners and Managers represents and promotes the interests of the commercial real estate industry through leadership, education, advocacy, information and networking. Currently, our real estate members represent over 37 million square feet of commercial property in the central Oklahoma area.
BOMA Oklahoma City fosters cooperation among all who are interested in the management and ownership of real estate, particularly owners and managers of commercial office, corporate, government, institutional, medical, loft or apartment buildings and shopping centers.
BOMA Oklahoma City promotes the professional and educational growth of members through the exchange of ideas of interest in the construction, maintenance, management and ownership of commercial real estate, including legislation, taxation, insurance and other matters of public interest.
BOMA Oklahoma City works to improve the conditions pertaining to the ownership, management and operation of commercial real estate. BOMA OKC is the spokesman for members in matters affecting development, ownership and operation of commercial real estate and make representations to the various offices of government in that respect.
BOMA International
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is a federation of 91 BOMA U.S. associations and 18 international affiliates. Founded in 1907, BOMA represents the owners and managers of all commercial property types including nearly 10.5 billion square feet of U.S. office space that supports 1.7 million jobs and contributes $234.9 billion to the U.S. GDP. Its mission is to advance a vibrant commercial real estate industry through advocacy, influence and knowledge.
BOMA International is a primary source of information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends.
