Join the women of BOMA OKC, as we work to ensure our own personal safety. Fierce and Fearless is not a traditional martial arts program or the typical "self-defense" class. The training is specifically designed to address all three areas of personal protection: Physical, Mental and Emotional. The ability to control one's emotions is the single most important variable in any situation. When violence is eminent, your ability to defend yourself is greatly affected by your ability to control your emotions. A premium is placed on understanding the mental and emotional dynamic inherent to all conflict. The training is designed to develop mental toughness and harden emotional resolve.

*Please feel free to invite your female staff and your daughters (aged 14 and over). If you are bringing your daughters, please note topics discussed will include rape, sexual assault and violence. There may be some questionable language as well.

Workshop will be instructed by Jesse Cargill, Pride MMA Manager - Head Instructor

Each participant will need to complete a waiver.
Wear something comfortable and easy to move around in.
