BOMA Oklahoma City is offering the BOMI International Real Estate Investment and Finance course to be held over the following dates: June 12, 2020 - 8:30 a.m.5:00 p.m., June 16, 2020 - 5:00-9:00 p.m., June 18 - 5:00-9:00 p.m., June 23, 2020- 5:00-9:00 p.m., and June 25, 2020 - 5:00-9:00 p.m. Participants will need to attend all of these dates/times for credit. This will be a course held virtually.  This course applies to the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation and the Property Management Financial Proficiency (PMFP) certificate. 

Key topic areas in the course are:  asset valuation and enhancement • costs and taxes • capitalization • site and building analysis • the appraisal process • discounted cash flow measurement • ownership vehicles • the basics of lending and current lending practice

To register, please complete the form HERE.  The rate is $895 for BOMA OKC members and $985 for non-members.  The course is an instructor-led accelerated review so advance study is important.  A financial calculator HP 10bII is required for the course study and must be purchased separately.  You can submit the registration form to hold your spot in the class but textbooks cannot be provided until payment is received.  This course is open to members and non-members so please forward this email to anyone who might be interested.
