Topic:

The Business Impact of Appreciation in the Workplace

Sponsored by:

79% of employees who quit their jobs cite lack of appreciation as a key reason for leaving.

That's not all. Gallup's annual workplace report shows that 70% of U.S. workers are not engaged in their jobs, with lack of praise and recognition being a major cause. Find out how to break the cycle and show your staff appreciation in the language they want and deserve using the 5 Languages of Appreciation. Diana Rogers Jaeger, owner of Love To Appreciate Consulting, will share how businesses can build a culture of appreciation that leads to increased profitability and the long-term retention of talented employees.
