Join the women of BOMA OKC, as we work to ensure our own personal safety. Fierce and Fearless is not a traditional martial arts program or the typical "self-defense" class. The training is specifically designed to address all three areas of personal portection: Physical, Mental and Emotional. The ability to control one's emotions is the single most important variable in any situation. When violence is eminent, your ability to defend yourself is greatly affected by your ability to control your emotions. A premium is placed on understanding the mental and emotional dynamic inherent to all conflict. The training is designed to develop mental toughness and harden emotional resolve.

Workshop will be instructed by Jessi Cargill, Pride MMA Manager - Head Instructor

Cost: $20/person
Each participant will need to complete a waiver.
Wear something comfortable and easy to move around in.
Snacks will be provided.

BOMA OKC will be accepting donations for Dress for Success at this event. Donate your gently used, nearly-new professional attire. Also accepted are handbags and accessories for women of all sizes. The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
