TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Regular Members:
If you own, manage, plan, develop, market or lease commercial real estate buildings including office, corporate, government, institutional, medical, apartment or shopping centers.
Regular Member – Property Owners and Managers
Regular Additional Member - After the first Regular Membership is established, other individuals from the same company can join as Regular Additional Members. We encourage Regular Members to add additional managers, assistant managers or other employees from their company under this cost effective plan. At least one primary Regular Membership must be maintained by each member entity.
Associate Members:
If you provide products or services to the commercial real estate industry.
Associate Member – Product and Service Providers
Associate Additional Member - After the first Associate Membership is established, other individuals from the same company can join as Associate Additional Members at a lower cost. At least one primary Associate Membership must be maintained by each member entity. (Membership in BOMA International is not included.)
(Note to Associate Members - New Applicants) From time to time, there may be a waiting list for Associate Members. If so, new Associate Member applications are added to the waiting list in the order that they are received. However, if you know a Regular Member who will apply and join (and list you as the referral), you can join as an Associate Member at the same time, rather than waiting for an opening.

Associate Member – Vendors and Service Providers - $680
Associate Additional Member - $555 (OKC membership only)
Unless noted otherwise, membership in BOMA Oklahoma City also includes membership in BOMA International. Dues are for January 1 to December 31 and are valid from the date of payment to the end of that calendar year. If you join after October 1st, the remaining months of the current year are included at no additional charge with payment of dues for the next calendar year. Applications are reviewed by the BOMA Oklahoma City Board of Directors at their monthly meeting. Membership benefits become effective only after membership dues are paid in full.
