 Speaker: Chief Michael Walker has been with the Oklahoma City Fire Department for 25 years and currently serves as Battalion Chief 601 which is located in downtown Oklahoma City. Chief Walker was the primary author of the High-Rise Emergency Response Policy for the Department and was the lead instructor for the departmental training in the High-Rise Policy as well.
