Kyle Shoemaker

Kyle Shoemaker was raised in Edmond, Oklahoma and attended Edmond Santa Fe.  Kyle went to Texas Christian University on a baseball scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis.  Kyle moved back to work for Trammell Crow as a Real Estate Manager and managed the RREEF industrial portfolio for over 3 years in Tulsa and OKC which consisted of over 2.6 Million Square Feet.  Currently with CBRE OK, Kyle is the Real Estate Manager for 50 Penn Place. 

Kyle is a BOMA and IREM member, and currently a CPM candidate and plans to have the CPM designation soon.  Kyle likes to play golf, fish, and watch sports in his off time.  Kyle also likes to donate time to help with charity fundraisers for the Oklahoma Parkinson Foundation of the Heartland.
