Exhibitor Application Terms:

1. The deadline for application is October 12, 2018.

2. Exhibit spaces are LIMITED and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

3. Each exhibitor is provided with one (1) space consisting of one (1) 6-foot table with tablecloth and skirt and one (1) chair. At this time, each company is allowed only one (1) exhibit due to limited availability. Exhibits are for up to two representatives only.

4. Each exhibitor is responsible for identification signage for their exhibit.

5. Electrical outlets are limited and may not be available at all locations. Loading/unloading procedures will be provided by Remington Park. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding ceiling heights, doorway dimensions, etc.

6. The layout of the exhibit spaces will be finalized after the deadline for application. The assignment of spaces will be determined in the order that applications are received.

7. Exhibit spaces will be available for set-up on October 25, between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The exhibits will be open to visitors between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Tear-down should be completed after announcements and before 9:00 p.m.

8. Each exhibitor is responsible for manning their booth during the time that the exhibits are open.

9. Prize drawings and promotional items are encouraged. "Roaring 20s" themes and costumes are suggested. The best themed exhibit will win a prize!

10. Games and contests are allowed as long as they do not interfere with other exhibitors.

11. Each exhibitor is responsible for having adequate insurance coverage against claims for bodily injury or property damages.

12. No weapons or toy weapons (used as gimmicks) are allowed at our event.

13. Exhibit spaces are only available to members of BOMA OKC in good standing.

14. No photo booths please, a professional photographer will be on site for the event. Event will include a police line up photo booth and props for everyone to use.
